no one ever go to these douche bags.

they're a bunch of ricers.

i went there and ordered a set of ARP b18 non-vtec head studs.

i come in the next day and they forgot to order them.

i come in today. i assume they forgot to order them and so they hand me a box... its a ARP headstud box, says b18a on it... it has the tape still. sweet thanks... i walk outside (aware of the amount of rice around the shop i decided to open the box)
i look in the box, all there is is the studs themselves. no nuts, no washers, no thread sealer, no assem lube, no instructions.
i go back in, they say.. oh we had those in the shop they arent used we order'd the wrong ones for a GSR one time. so i go there ain't no nuts or washers in this box. so the "engine builder" goes into the back and grabs two baggies, one with some nuts and one with some washers.
i go, i didnt pay for some ------- used head studs, and again they say they aren't used they'er still sealed in the baggy. so i was like fine im gettin outta here.
so i get to the car, open the baggies. try and thread the nuts onto the studs and they dont fit. now im pissed.
i go back in throw them on the counter and say "im not some ------- ricer you can sell fucked up ---- to... these nuts dont even fit on the studs, i paid for a brand new head stud kit and thats what i ------- want."
so they decide to give me my money back, after two days of driving (takes me 45mins to get there) thats like 20 bucks in gas... and $140 dollars is what they want to charge me for a head stud kit. not to mention the fags sit in the back room and bullshit on AIM while im ------- waiting for 15 mins for the ---- I ALREADY PAID FOR. they wouldn't even come to the front after asking someone to go get them 3 times.

so i gotta go back in monday and have them put the cash back onto the debit card.

DON'T EVER GO TO RACE DESIGNS IN BEAVERTON OREGON UNLESS YOU WANT BIG HUGE MUFFLERS, NOS PEDDLES, OR MASSIVE SPOILERS.

the next time i go in, if they won't refund my money to my debit, there is a brand new JG ELDENBROCK LS intake manifold on the wall. says $380 on it... i'll ------ grab it and run.

Ehh i just find shooting marbles and breaking glass alot more fun : ) Maybe it's just me. And for more fun shoot the project cars and then they will be shitfaced :D

I ordered my set through summit racing. I had to call up ARP and get the number for one longer stud for my ZC. Then I ordered it through summit racing and had it in a few days.

Most of the import shops around here are way over priced anyway. For instance, i saw a MSD 6al box going for $249 in a speed shop around here. Needless to say the shop went out of business a few months later.

I used to live like two blocks from that place. Nothing but ricers drove past my place. I went in there once looking for an act clutch and it took them forever to help me and then said they don't sell cable clutches. That place sucks, went to speed concept and got a good price. Might want to check that place out its not far from race designs, the only thing is you don't want them working on your car, I've heard bad things.

:-\ you should have told me they were who you were going through. i would have told you to get out of that purchase before you ever bought em. they're shady, juts like speed concept, ground zero and everyone else in hillsboro/beaverton/aloha/well...anywhere out this way basically. sorry you got dicked around johnny. :(
