Fly by wire sucks ***** on cars. Not sure if ive rode any bikes with it though

yeah it sure does, the 07 r1 has a wheelie glitch, at 5k there is a power drop through some powermap hiccup or 'accident' says yamaha, but it can be fixed. Fly by wire is unresponsive and i hate that ---- on cars, so i cant see it being better on bikes.

definatley, fly by wire pisses me off, my gf's is300 has that crap and its so ------- laggy, at s top i hit the gas, it goes no where, so i hit it harder and then it kicks in and i accelrate too hard. stupid bullshit.

FBW on bike is money. They aren't laggy by any means. The throttle slide is butter soft and you never have to worry about getting a cable stuck. The FBW systems used on Japanese and Euro bikes is complimented by ECU out put than makes the bike manageable at low speed and rippers at WOT.


Don't fear the FBW, it has magical horse powerz.
