quuuuuick question! about dsm injectors and obd2

I'm throwing in a set of dsm 450's on a B16a OBD2 intake manifold (first time ever) and noticed the size of the end of the stock injectors are 13.0mm and the dsms are 16mm, which cause the dsm injector not to sit all the way down inside the manifold at all. I'm a bit nervous just throwing these things in and rolling it. Whats the fix, grind the edge of the injectors? pull the manifold and grind it? or buy the correct injectors. :1

kevin used dsm's on his b16 obd2 civic. im sure you can use them without to much modification if any. ask him =x

ya he also blew his ring lands a few times too. I'm curious if the spray pattern is going to be fucked up at all because its going to sit up 10mm higher than a stocker. God this is ------ed

i think you use a prelude or integra lower seal, they are narrower

has nothing to do with the seals or wiring guys. Its the actualy size of the injector vs the size of hole inside the manifold. The manifold hole is way to small.

Disreguard this thread, since I'm to impatient and just threw them in anyways.. if they work they work and if they dont, I'll make them work.

:)
