Well a few months ago i go laid off. and it sucked cause i needed a job and couldnt find one... well i finally did go about finding one... and i thought it was ------- badass... shipping out TV's and speakers and ---- all day... but a few weeks ago they wanted me to fabricate them some display panels for an expo at the last minute. and well they wanted me to come in on the weekend and do it and so i did... 15$ an hour for me and julio... pretty good deal or so i thought...

then they wanted me to keep building ---- for them throughout the week, while i was doing my regular warehouse duties.. wich were cut short to an hour a day and the rest involved in the project... and then a few days ago they start complaining that the warehouse hasnt been kept up to par... and that theres a mess... and ----... ( cause i was busy fabricating ----) and then when the panels are finished they start bitching about little tiny ---- like little scratches in the paint and fingerprints and ----( cause it was raining the day we were painting them)

Well from them complaining about the mess... and the panels not beeing anything but perfect, and them saying that i have been over compensated for my work... and me having stayed double overtime and it seeming to them like i didnt get anything done... I was just pissed... oh yeah and they wanted to pay julio less cause they didnt add his costs into the budget...

So i take this *** a sign of dissrespect... . I mean you do someone a ------- favor and this is how they repay you...

Now i would have loved to have gone off on the owner but I didnt cause well i dont want to reduce myself to their level So instead I just went about the day doing as little work as possible and sending my resume out to other companies.

And apparently none of the other people are in the warehouse cause the're busy with the show and the owner wants me to rearange everything from the inside out. SO i agreed to do it tommorow... well guess what... im gonna be busy swapping my clutch out and watching TV so that bitch can do it her god damn self. and when she calls me asking how come im not at work. Im gonna tell her i just didnt feel like going.

well thats my little rant... and in case your wondering i already got called for an interview and im applying for a welding possition at FABTECH

I worked at a restauraunt at a golf course, standard prep cook job, had so much spare time it wasnt funny, then in my free time I would help people, take out trash, maybe help out the dishwashers throw away some things because they were always busy, take out some trash, count money and mack with the beverage girls. Anyways over time they kind of became my resonsibilities and when winter came around I was never not busy so I couldnt do the ----, people actually got sort of pissed of.

I had just gotten a raise to $10/hour 15 days later, boss goes, "Kev, you and chris just arent doing the work you used to" 10pm that night on a large reception, me and chris both took a golf cart on the greens lol

Cause 17k in damages to the greens and 1 broken golf cart (went into the pond)

We just never went back and left right @ 10pm, 5 hours early.

He threatenned to take us to court but he def couldnt prove it was us

I got a new job at a machine shop full time since I grad rorm high school, Chris now works at the cop shop doing paperwork or something. Im gonna steal some golf carts this winter with some friends, I have 8 keys ahahahahah

i got a job delivering pizza's last week. in 10 hours, i did lots of runs. and yet, i came home with only 17 $ and half a tank of gas.

i burnt half of what i made, plus i still had to put money in for gas. so 7 $ i had to my name. total bullshit !

then today, i went in for a job interview being a courtesy clerk ( bagging your food & stocking shelves ). they said 7.15 start and after 100 hours i get up to 7.50. so im stoked on that. VEGAS BABY !!!!

back when i was 16(im 22 now), i used to work at burger king. i used to bust my ------- *** at that bullshit place for $5.15 an hour. every few months i would get a 10 or 15 cent raise because i was a very good worker. the manager there kept telling me that they were going to make me a shift coordinator then assistant manager. yeah right, that was just some bullshit that they told me to keep me there.

anyways, it is no secret that alot of fast food employees steal money from the drive thru, especially at nighttime. this works by charging people for their food, putting the money in the register, getting them thier change, and never actually ringing in the amount. you remember the amount and later when nobody is looking take the exact amount of money from the order that you never rang up from the register. chances are, if you have ever ordered drive-thru from a fast food restaurant and not recieved a reciept, somebody is putting money in their pocket.

anyways, i never stole money from that shithole, but almost everybody else did. i did however hook up all of my friends and family with free food. still, the free food that i gave out isn't ---- compared to what everybody else, including managers(yeah, they were in on it), used to steal.

well, the big corporate ***** started wondering why they were losing so much money at that location. they chewed all of the managers the ---- out. the manager of my store decided that she would blame me for alot of money that was missing the week before, cuz she knew that i was giving out free food to homies, hos, and relatives. those corporate ***** decided that they would pull me to the side and ------- ask me about the money. i was ------- furious. if that stupid bitch manager had just looked at the attendance, she would have known that i was out sick for like a week when all of that money went missing.

so what did i do? i dropped the ------- bomb on all those ----------ers, including management. i told them exactly who was stealing money, and how they were doing it. even further, i told them that all of the management(including the bitch accusing me) was in on the scam. i told them how the management was not only in on the scam, but also pencil whipping them on the inventory counts and writing off alot of the theft as spoilage.

i was pissed, but at least those corporate guys could tell that i wasn't bullshitting. alot of people got fired. they weren't going to fire me, but i quit anyways. in the middle of a rush when we were short handed, i told that bitch manager to suck my ------- dick. i told her that i hope her kid turns out to be a ------- retard and hate her(she was pregnant), in front of customers. after knocking over some ----, picking up the intercom and telling everyone to go ---- themselves, i walked out. that bitch never got fired, but they installed cameras and ---- after that and i know that they were keeping a close eye on her.

Hey travis, that 17 bucks you can home with, was that the delivering tips? I thought delivery guys make bank, 2-3 bucks a deliver, maybe more Don't you get regular wages on top of tips? Or is it strictly tips?

a couple of hardworking buddies of mine worked at this local wherehouse this summer, they really treated the employes like crap, and wages were alittle low compared to the other places.

I decided since i needed a little cash on the side for my wideband and clutch, I'd hit up the place for 2 weeks, pay was 11.75 an hour, somewhere between 8-10 hours a day, take home was a good 800 bucks. it wasn't bad work at all. I basicly got an order, drove around on my wicked fast pallet jack with a turbo button, and loaded items on my pallets, then went and dropped them off at the shipping floor. the wherehouse dealed with alot of randthings, alot of car care ----, oil, headlights, octane booster, you know, the kind of ---- that they sell at those faggy little gas stations, and CANDY, lots of candy.

since my friends were already comfortable eating this candy on the job, we decided octane booster, HID headlights and high performance synthetic motor oil deserved to be helped off the shelves aswell. and since I was only gona be there temperary, I could afford to be slow and get into lots of trouble. the second week i was there, my percentage dropped to about 40% (minum is 60% for 2nd week.)stealing gum and chocolat was easy, infact, everyone did it. but putting 1 litre bottles of oil down your pants was alot more work. we were pulling about 15 litres of oil per day, between the 2 of us. sometimes we'd fill the backpack up so much, we couldn't get it out of the locker. so much candy, so much everything.

Then on my last day, i didn't pick one single order, i just drove around, put random things on my pallet, and then dropped it on the shipping floor. I'd make really pallets about 7 feet tall, that were hollow, then I'd fill the middle with bags of rice, about 300 pounds of rice. rap it up with a whole roll of cling rap, and it was like a ticking time bomb. you could just hear them cricky and crackling on the shipping floor. That day we pulled about 20 litres of the good 'highhorsepower' oil, 4 digital scales (you know, for the sticky green stuff) and a whole bunch of random ----.

the orders that we pick are kept in a little pile, about three to four pages each, I sneaked up there and mixed them all up to hell. just enough so nobody would notice, but the orders would all be fucked up. I feel so evil now

that pisses me off cause i work at a golf course on the grounds crew. you have no idea what it takes to make a golf course. my recommendation would to have done something to the resturant not the golf course.
