I am also of the "all Natural" camp Ive read a few books about a lot of over the counter chemicals, and frankly Im a bit fearfull about a lot of the stuff they are allowed to sell.
I always believe their is no easy way, its like that with engines so why would you try to cut corners in your body.
Go to a bookstore like Borders and look up a bit on natural nutrition. You can get a lot of the same substances from natural foods, and your body will preform that much better....

i take whey protein,4000mg of creatine pills,green tea extract, and the prohormone MOHN-XT, and i still work out everyday morning,night eat alot of meats and fats things like cheese,bacon,hamburger,milk is what i mix my protein in with, then just normal workout in the moringin like push ups,crunches,curls,pull ups in my tree out front, dont need that fancy weight ---- like gyms have a good home gym does just fine, do it rocky balboa style lol.

anything you buy at gnc is hype. for it to be approved for sale it cant be too androgenic.
if ur seriously gonna spend money on supplements, get a good protein (isopure,gnc mega whey), a good creatine (eas phosphgen hp) and some glutamine. also make sure you takje a multi vitamin every day. everyones body lacks certain helpful nutrients.
also eat a good amount of carbs, and make sure you take in at least 1 gram of protein per lb of your body weight daily.
eat small meals 6 times a day, get plenty of sleep, drink lots of water.
and no i go 10 weeks on 6 weeks off -------. and ps. ill crush your skull
