I would stick it out with the job you have now, let them take advantage of you, and pay you less than you're worth. JK ---- that ----, if an employer tries to take advantage of me, I tell them to shove it and quit at the busyest time of the day.

Ok....thanks for all the replies, you guys are right.....Having the HMT family makes decisions so much easier.

I got the official offer letter from the new company TODAY.....just like I wanted $$$$$.....Now it makes me think I could have asked for more ....Still its a lot more, not just a few cents.

This is going to be great though....I'm the only one drafting in my old office, In the main office in Orlando, there's plenty of people, but I'm the only one in this second office. As soon as I leave they might have to close it down...hahahahahahhaaha....serves them right for being asses......the other employees will not be affected at all, so I don't feel bad.....
