that site says that VTEC was first used in '91 in any honda car. Is that true cause I could have swarn that they started using it in some of the JDM civics and CRX's in '88.

I was always confused by that...which model/year JDM/EDM Civics and CRXs came with which motors??? ZC DOHC, ZC SOHC, B16A1(other than XSi teg)? I'm confused? ???

The JDM SiRs came with a b16 and the JDM Si came with a DOHC ZC. I have no idea about any of the other ones.

the nsx was never a sohc. When it was indroduced in the states it was the first vtec engine in 91. Plus think of it this way..have you ever heard of a sohc inline 4 putting out more than 200 hp na?

huh? i know the nsx has a v6 thats what i was saying. I've never heard of a sohc 4 cylinder making 280 hp na

that is one of my favorite cars of all time. I'd love to have a 93-95 legend coupe. 245hp v6, 6 speed manual, heated seats/HID/navi/etc. you're out of your ------- mind saying that is a shitty car.

i saw one today actually..those seem like an acura version of a prelude but luxury... those arent that bad of a cars
