Default question about boost gauges

okay... i have 2 boost gauges... at first i was using an autometer boost gauge but it would never reed boost even when i knew i was feeling something (or atleast i thought i did back then when i was first boosted) so i went to industrial liqidators (earls) to buy a "boost" gauge he said it shoudl work cuz they use it on superchargers n stuff so im like coo it shoudl work. slap it on and off that bat it said i was boostin like 4psi with the internal wg. i get an external wg and set it to 6 psi and the gauge is reading like 9psi so im like well that should be okay for now... i changed out the gauge today to an liquid filled boost gauge and i mash it down the street and it says im only boosting 4-5 psi... one gauge reads 9-10 and the other reads 4-5? pos gauge or broken autometer gauge?

jus wondering what u guys think about it... sorry its so long =x

I think you should buy 6 more gauges and take a average of all of them, on second thought maybe you could get an a piller that holds 9 and mount the all Get a vdo from summit it goes to 15 psi its cheap and works great.
