Default Quaife LSD question

Im thinking about installing one in my Honda Single Cam T3 setup. Its gonna run me about $1200.
Can someone let me know if Im wasting my money. It seems to me that 12psi I cant get any traction.
Im thinking whats the sense of having power that cant hook?
Are there any HMT members that have one installed and if so, what are your opinions on it?

For $1200 bucks they better be coming over with a case of beer and some steak to install it.

1200.00 is more then a hmt kit on a D-Series.

Love my OBX for 2 seasons now.

if you cant hook up, get better tires and learn how to drive.

an LSD can only do so much if you suck ***** at driving.

LSD's are good for getting the power down when cornering, but pretty useless in a straight line.

Good tyres are a great place to start.

I had the only peg leg turbo Honda I've ever seen that spun both wheels when traction was slim to none.
