Yeah but regardless of it breaking the stopping system every time -- how often does your finger get stuck in the blade when you use a table saw? Hopefully never... but i mean, if it did happen, it would totally be worth it. That's pretty cool.

i had a nipper once with the table saw, i hit a knothole and was pushing harder to get it through, hit a soft spot on the backside and my hand slid up the wood getting a nick on my fingertip. that was lucky

That's why you always keep at least your pinky finger on the other side of the fence, so if you do slip you'll follow the fence.

Thats pretty cool. I can already see the time though that someone's tryin to show it off to a friend, using their own finger and that fucker jamming up and not working like it's supposed to. Peace out finger, +1 for Darwin. :1
