has anyone had any problems with them?
heres the deal i ordered a omni tet pipe on oct 31st, since then i have corrosponded with them via phone and email , at first they told me that the part was back ordered, thats fine, i was willing to wait anouther week or so, then nothing. i chck their site, and sure enough, go ahead and check right now, every one of their omni test pipes are in stock, always in stock. so i relayed this information to them and asked when i was going to get my part i ordered, they told me that it was back ordered. ok fine, now its been over a month, have not gotten my test pipe, asked them very politely for my money back and guess what? have not gotten that back either, and if you go to their site right now it says that they have the same part in stock, also i chedcked on my order status and it STILL says processing, i mean i am not an *** when it comes to this stuff but this really pisses me off, i have sent them several emails stating that i still wish to have future transactions with their compan but i would like to have my money back for i cannot wait as long as is required. i did not cuss them out or threaten them, i simply requested my transaction be cancelled. thats it. and guess what , they sent me an email saying that my order was cancelled but i haven't got my money back, plus their site says my order is still processing. needless to say that i will never recommend them to anyone or order anything from them again, i just want my money back man. not to hurt or bad mouth anyone. i have every email i sent and recieved as well., actually i just want the ------ part i ordered.

I used to order from them all the time when they had free shipping, then i ordered arp headstuds and it was like a month and a half and i had not got them nore any emails so i ended up calling them and they were total ******** on the phone, I finally got the headstuds and havent ordered from them since....

yea i hear ya , i just want my ------- part, i have been really nice and proffessional, not threatening or whatever, i just want what i ordered, or my money back. thats it, heres there god damn emails.
