Well I"ve slowly been working on this civic for about 10 months now. I recently got a new project so I just want to finish this one now! here's some pics of the progress.
day I bought the car Attachment 34773 Attachment 34774 Attachment 34775 that night ;D Attachment 34776 Attachment 34777 http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a7/...X/100_7849.jpg Attachment 34778 converted it to a manual Attachment 34779 Attachment 34780 B18A1 install Attachment 34781 Attachment 34782 Attachment 34783 new interior - JDM center console, Ralli art racing seats (got em cheap) Attachment 34784 http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a7/...X/100_9307.jpg GSR black leather back seat I picked up for 50 bux Attachment 34785 Attachment 34786 Attachment 34787 I got rid of this turbo setup, it was a pain in the ass Attachment 34788 Attachment 34789 piecing together IC piping Attachment 34790 Attachment 34791 still need a bunch of welding done on piping, and need a few more couplers http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a7/...X/100_9564.jpg What I think so far I like most is I fit my Evo8 stock IC and my 2.5" piping behind my front bumper without much modification. I think it looks pretty damn good like that. Still need body work, paint, rims, exhaust, little ---- here and there. The turbo is small, but its all I got right now! it should be done next week, i'll post final pics and hopefully a timeslip or somethin if I have time to go. This is my new project. Its not a normal project for me to work on, usually i work on newer cars so this will be interesting. It was my great grandpa's 62 chevy c20 3/4 ton truck. He purchased it brand new, and passed away so I bought it from my grandma. Has straight 6 w/4 speed (creeper gear) matching numbers, 79,000 origional miles. has rust and looks like ----, but chasis is solid and it runs and drives. I cant wait to start working on it! Re: project pics 56K um, no
yeah I am definitely rebuilding it as all origional, but theres still a part of me that wants to keep all the origional parts, and throw a 572 or somethin under the hood. O0
