I've been a member for about 4 years, this is the more "General purpose" car forum I frequent, and the charm is in the crudeness of the people on here... like demanding that porn is posted on a 1st post, and frequently telling people that refuse to search to DIAF, then the normal nonsense from some of the OG's, like BDVT, Widebody, JosephDavis, Hotrex (which is hillarious, since 9/10 of the newbies dont even know any of the hillarious backstory behind him)

ANYWHO, the past few days i've been on here, I've seen literally 2 or 3 new posts in GD, and most of the people worth posting here dont anymore, All thats really being posted now is just crap 2-3 word replies... this site used to rock, now its abandoned as far as i'm concerned...

The reason for me posting is because of the newbie trolls that have 5+ posts in any given logon with no real material significance torwards threads that are 1,2,even 3 years old. I'd be happy to help moderate them, since it doesnt seem anyone really is.

btw, i'm not exaggerating at all, this guy actually says all of these encouraging useless things... i guess if i had a lobotomy, i could use him to sit next to me all day and cheer me up, "good job taking a dump", "nice hand washing technique", "way to open that door", etc.... wtf is this site coming to? am i the only one that feels this way?

im in the same boat as you man i still frequent this site for some wierd reason i guess its muscle memory for my fingers to type it in when ever i go online. its sad to see it go but rickp isnt doing a whole lot to as far as moderating goes and abaz,bdvt,jd,widebody,hotrex and all them went else where. i think there is only maybe 5 people on this site that joined before 2008 that still post. this name was created in 06 but i have been on since 04 (mostly reading) under another name i cant remember. its sad to see it go but it has gone pm me for the site every one migrated too rickp does not want me to post it

i took a break from the intrawebs for like 6 months and came back to a site that looks like it sold out.
don't know the details on everything thats been going on but thats my 30 second diagnosis

xenocron sold the site to rick p so yes this site sold out. and all the ogs left. almost enyone who uses it is retarded honda-tech fags
