No, you're right on base. If anyones US flag hits the ground, its your duty to burn it. Good way to piss off the neighbors ;)

Ok, so let me get this straight. When America retires a flag...I.E Old Glory, it is considered a custom to "burn" or retire the flag. It is said that if a flag is "worn, torn, or faded" it should be inciterated by the traditional means. Scouts do this, Veterans do this, and some times the military does this. So does that mean they are all terrorists? Tell me somebody knew this before they just threw out the comment "Everybody who burns a flag is a ------- terrorist." C'mon ::)

I dont trust any ------- arab. I think I have my reasons...

If you wanna burn an american flag, get the ---- out. find somewhere else to put your little shameful ass at.

where in my post did i say its ok for a sand ------ to burn our flag. and dont give me this "If you wanna burn an american flag, get the ---- out. find somewhere else to put your little shameful ass at." I would never burn a flag in a terrostic manner. I'm in the ------- military for gods sake and have more respect then that.

When you retire a flag you ARE suppost to burn it. The reason I was told when in the Air Force is so that if you burn it, nobody else can. It's more respectful than leaving it to be "possibly" burned by someone else.
