price check on parts, is this a good price?

Here are two prices I have I wonder if they are good?

the turbo and manifold are used but in good conidition. The greddy BOV is new.

420$ for greddy turbo, manifold, BOV, and shipping

650$ for greddy turbo, manifold, BOV, intercooler and shipping

I want a max of 5-6 psi. I want a safe setup so I dont expect much HP. The reason I'm going with a non-homemade manifold is because I must keep my A/C.

If everything's in real good condition, I think those prices are decent....

I'm not sure if you'll be happy with the Greddy turbo, though.

does it take a long time or the greddy turbo to spool? What do you sucks about it? I know I wont go over 6 psi. I want zero turbo lag.

Greddys got about 20 different turbos if not more, how about specifing what car you have, with what engine, and what turbo?
