Pretty cool car parts search engine. Automotix?
 

I have only had this installed for a little bit, but it looks pretty cool. It's a desktop application that allows you to put in a query for a specific part, and anyone on the service who has one for sale, can see that you need it. Very clean interface. Works for buyers or sellers. From what I understand it's pretty new, so number of users should dramatically increase, although I don't know if there are a bunch yet. The more people know about it, the more useful it should be.

Update, I put in a request for a complete engine for my car, and within 10 minutes I already had quotes (pretty reasonable) from 3 people. This thing rocks! ;D

I've been shooting messages back and forth from this guy in NC about an engine. I've noticed no effects of spyware so far.

yah i un-installed that prog. i asked for a OEM auto shift knob for a cavalier and no1 responded in 24 hrs.. JUNK.
