1.5 cups of white rice cooked
Mix in one cup of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom
add 3 pieces of american cheese.
Microwave for 2 minutes, stir.
Bang delicious. cheap, fast and will fill you up.

hell, cheap?

go to your local store and grab some eggs, break em throw them in the skillet and smack them around on low heat til they're all scrambled goodness... grab some $1 loaf of bread from the same store and ketchup, i bet 6 scrambled eggs and 4 pieces of toast would be good enough to fill ya up. And its cheap as hell, too.

you can eat anythign and get full, but cheap and good tasting at the same time is a plus.

getting free decently good food from a MTO gas station isn't too bad either
