i think it's legit, if you look at the pic and how the car is positioned, the car didn't go head on into the tree, but rather hit the tree with the side of the car. Basically wrapped around the tree like the civic.

My guess would be that the car was spinning and the tree stopped it.

that ---- is soo fake...its too bright..doesnt even blend well with the rest of the picture...look where the driver side door is...or whatever the ---- it is...looks like they chopped it so its clear...ehh whatever...it doesnt even look right
