anyone heard from this guy

i paid for an lm1 and someother stuff on 2/14 the guy has emailed me twice and then dissapeared; he's been on his myspace almost every day but i haven't heard from him...

i'm opening a claim w/ paypal if i dont hear from him but wanted to check if anyone knew this guy or see if he'd post and tell me where my ---- is
