Ya my insurrance company told me the LAW that you DONT DRIVE WITHOUT A LICENSE AND INSURRANCE. I really dont know where to start with people like you.
1) NEVER did I say that he would be a safer person if he had insurrance. The difference would be monetary. Lets make this a horrible situation......A single woman who is driving her kid to work gets hit by him when he is ------- around at 95psi. She gets a broken back and a destroyed car and can now not work because of her injuries (<spelling).....Then she cant pay her bills, and cant sue a minor or a poor guy that has nothing to sue for. That is a totally fucked up situation vs. him having a LICENSE TO DRIVE ON PUBLIC ROADS AND INSURRANCE or simply considered "incase ---- happens".
Wow your right, he didnt happen to hit someone. Im happy that he didnt ruin some 9-5 persons life. I feel sooooo bad "belittling" the kids life, people need to know whats right and wrong and when they break the law just like the rest of us there should be a punishment. I deserve it everyday. But I dont make a post about some "redneck hitting my illegal ***".
I hope he learned a whole lot from this and makes better decisions in the future, his actions dont seem to make any differnce now, but could ruin his and other peoples life in a split seccond.
The chances are small, but somebody had to get hit by lightning right?

A uninsured driver is totally different than a drunk driver, but if you think about it, at least the damn drunk has some sort of excuse, he/she is under the influence of alcohol.
A person without insurance and a license, driving around like it is perfectly ok, is simply under the influence of PURE ------- STUPIDITY. It isn't ignorance, because he knows full well what he is doing and is perfectly capable of pedaling a bicycle to and from places until he can get off his *** and ride his huffy to the DMV or wherever else he needs to go to get his ---- straight.
It is not fair to -ANYONE- on the road that he is out driving without insurance. I think you would remove this defensive reply if you went out tomorrow and got plowed by this uninsured moron.
And like B18TurboEF said, what would that hypothetical single woman do if this guy were to cause this example situation? Lose everything she has because he doesn't want to man up and take responsibility for his problems and fix them? Her insurance won't pay for her car if he did the damage unless she has full coverage. But even then, she is forced to pay out money that she doesn't have because of her current situation, and all of this (hypothetical situation of course) could have been prevented had this guy simply walked, rode, caught a cab/bus/subway, etc. to the required places to fix his fucked up situation..
BTW, I have broken the law before, but not blatently and on a daily basis like you. Enjoy!

If he doesn't have his liscense, there's a damn good reason why - the police thought he was too dangerous to be driving on the road. He IS like a drunk driver in the sense that he could ---- up somebody's life just as bad as one by simply driving without insurance.
I can't stand people that drive without a liscense or insurance, especially if I have to be around them. Ironically it's these same people that don't have a liscense that drive like idiots, because they're missing their liscense for a reason.
In short, you're an idiot and you got what you deserved. Fix your car, get your liscense, get some insurance, and quit driving like an idiot so you won't lose your liscense again. I'm not saying this accident was your fault, but you didn't lose your liscense because of this accident either. Get your ---- legal, and get on with your life.

i dont think my situation is as grimm as some of you guys make it, i was just pissed that some doucebag hit me.
and i know i need to get my insurance/tags back but the car will be torn apart again soon so i dont see the piont right now
when i get my Rabbit it will be made legal

you should have been like " give me all the money in your wallet and we wont bring insurance and police into this" and if he asks for your license say you left it at home, but you'll be able to pay off the ticket of no license from the injury claim you will file with him if he doesnt pay you the money.

wel, i just got pulled over.
and didnt get as many tickets as i should have. teh cop said he should have arrested me without hesitating but, i was honest with him so he was cool. unfortunately they towed my car, scraped all my stickers, and took my tags
i only got 2 tickets:
Driving on susp DL
Unauthorised use of tags
i could have gotten a few more but the cops were prety damn leniant
no insurance
no inspection
no registration
no county sticker
so far my license is at 12 points. i have gotten: 1 no license, 2 driving on susp DL, 1 wreckless, 1 speeding, and a couple other small ones. (not including today)
in VA 3 driving on susp = jailtime. teh cop said teh judge will most likely give me 3 days in the clank.
hopefully the judge will take into account my honesty when i was talking with the cops.

i got pulled over and now i'm pretty much fucked
