I remember all that ---- from freshman year of college. I though I knew everything about politics and could suddenly talk intelligibly about it. Ah, they grow up so fast.

I really enjoyed Poly Sci... it was very interesting.

On the issue of conservative vs liberal, it's getting tougher and tougher these days to distinguish the two sides. I am for LESS government involvement, less government spending/programs, and thus less taxes. Ron Paul's idea of taxing money being spent instead of income makes a lot more sense. I think this would promote saving money (something this country is horrible at doing), and boost the economy.

you are right about your first two points, but saving money does not boost the economy. its quite the opposite.
