poly insert tech question.
hey wassup guyz just wondering if i put some poly inserts in my mounts would i have to use silicone or can i just use it as plug and play?? let me know k bye.

Unless the original mounting rubber is not cracked or sheered, then put them in dry. If they are then use windshield silicon. Or go the HMT way and just fill them in all the way with the silicon, and save your money on those inserts, and buy something else.

i have poly bushings all around my car/suspension and i used teflon grease between the poly and metal.

Fill it with polyurethane caulk, your inserts should come with the wierd looking plastic Ts you use it to pull the goop into the middle.

I have the inserts. I'm really happy with them. Mine came with those gay zip ties, but they are held in by the other half of the mount (at least the rear is).

thanks guyz. anymore experience with energy suspension guyz?? im thinkin goin all out on it too. mounts and bushing. whats the best price i can get them for the complete set inserts/bushings?? thanks in advance. bye

Get the black bushings. They are self lubricating to some extent. Just make sure you use a lot of grease when assembling the bushings, or they'll squeek like a mofo.
