Ok, I took out my motor this afternoon. ( by myself and it wasn't bad) Any way. I got a set of Prothane inserts. My question is, how do they stay in? Do I burn the rubber out of the mounts I have? There is no set instructions from their website or on energy suspensions either. Thanks in advance. I would like to get the new engine in by Wednesday, test it out, autoX it a bit, then boost it.
