in california you might see a gross polluting car of a consumer on a highway spewing smoke out of it's ass...maybe, once in a month...and a half. if that.
In california you will definitely see a gross polluting diesel truck 30 times a day on the highway. WTF?!?! am i the only one that notices this? why the ---- dont they go after the trucks? oh, cuz they support the economic welfare of this state or country? |

If the car is riding an inch off the ground, has 6 inches of negative camber, a stupid loud-ass grapefruit launcher in the back, a ridiculous wing, and a Wal-mart body kit....then it's a ricer.
