Police training guide

http://www.cops.usdoj.gov/mime/open.pdf?Item=1418 , you may not care but this is the guide that most and almost all cops who deal with illegal racing are trained with.

lol, I'm skimming through it. Thought it was funny how cruising, which they say is popular with the older crowd, was described as something that could be an economic boost for the area and was almost praised. However, street racing is done by the younger crowd, which is related to theft of "Hondas, Acuras, and other preffered racing vehicles." Ooh and Asian and Hispanic males are put in their own group, and drive imports.

I thought profiling was wrong?

yea i was somewhat amused when they say that the "older white males who generally fix up corvettes, camaros, and mustangs and it can cause an economic boost" and "The Asian and hispanics generally fix up hondas, mitsubishis and nissans and it can cause a economic loss"
