Ok after my daily driver being down AGAIN for 2 days (reworking charge pipes oil lines ect) I leave to go to a friends house to pivk up a van and go to work I work third shift. Im speeding about 45-50 in a 25 (business area)ands its 11pm and i see a cop so i back off the gas he whipes out behind me pulls me over. He walks up to the car says I need your licens and proof of insurance. POLITLY I hand him my ID. (Im not pressed just a ticket). So then he says turn your car off and give me your keys... I did no biggie odd but ok. Then asks me how much i have had to drink tonight. Well I dont drink so i said none. He looks at me and says "do you know how fast you were going" I said about 45-50. he goes YOU WERE DOING 71 in a 25. Ok whatever I think. I look for my insurance and he runs me. That son of a bitch wrote me for 71 in a 25 and wreckless op. Ok still no biggie I got caught speeding it happens. Then I sign off on the ticket and crap. He starts on me of I HAD ti be on it to be doing 71 "This is not a performance vehical" I started laughing I said well I wasnt into it hard and if you would like I will show you my turbo. "I dont ------- care about your turbo" Now I am pissed I have been nice polite and decent now this son of a bitch is going to insult me!! He says "I am not going to argue with you about your CAR". I said me neither your just wrong. Then he says " Think you will have a problem going 25 now" I said not right this minute. He said I was free to go so I left. That ------- had no wright to insult me NONE he wanted to be a hard *** because they dont like imports in my area hey bust us ALL the time. I figured it was just my time. I am not disrespectfull to anyone untill they are to me I dont care if there a ------- cop or if there GOD. Last night a cop came up at 3am and check a neighbors car while he slept to see if he had colored turn signal bulbs or not. I sat and watched him do it. If there is a akron ohio cop here tell the night sgnt he needs to back the ---- off this is bullshit. I will pay my fines but i will NOT ever be respectfull to him again.

My car is a 1991 crx DOHC ZC 9psi boost. Funny thing is I WASNT IN BOOST.

I have no problem getting a ticket or with cops just the fact he had no right to harass me and insult me.

Yea he may be a sgnt but he has a boss I'll report him for being a jerk!! he has been reported for harrassmeant and such SEVERAL times another cant hurt

challenge the ticket. the peice of ---- with small man's disease prob won't show up. if he does explain to the judge what happend

I proberly woul;d have asked for his name and badge number and his supervisor and then emmidately report it to him. If a cap gets so many complaints he will be put under review. That is a way to REALLY **** him off.

there were a hellavalot of cops out tonight in my town, they must have hired a stripper and need to pay back the money so they're giving more tickets. a friend of mine got pulled over for missing one of the light bulbs in his license plate lighter upper, now that is some bullshit, I think they cop just wanted to pull his *** over for taking off fast from the light we were at, a few of my friends and I were in a hurry to get to the movie theater since we were late to go see american wedding, it's a pretty good movie.

Definatly challenge it. Even if you got no chance of winning. Half the time cops dont show to court because its such a ------- pisser to them. In that case the ticket gets thrown out.

should have asked to see the radar and when the last time he calibrated it right after asking for his name, badge, and car #.

i don't know hoe your ticket's are set up there, but here in PA the cop has to sign the ticket too, and his badge number is right next to it. Check the ticket. It's probably on there somewhere, how else can they claim it too make quota if their name ain't on it?
