please help- 93 civic core support...
 
hey guys- need to replace my radiator core support in my 93 civic ex coupe. has anybody ever done this? i know that it is bolted and welded on. can someone please tell me where i can find all the little tack welds on the old one so i can drill it out? thanks alot.

they dont even have the tack welds in the shop manual. unless some one on HMT has a pictoral guide, you're going to have to do it the old fashioned way. sorry man.

its easy though, cut out the old one, and weld in the new one.

unless u have to replace the whole thing, i'd just chop it where its bad. ie if its the driver side thats bad, cut it in the middle and on the right where it connects to the fender and replace what ya cut. simple as that.

i am just about to put a new core support on my 94 hatch, if i'll get my cam back tomorow i'll snap some pics for ya...
