I just got news that a girl I know was in a serious car accident yesterday, and is now in critical condition. She had everything going for her, she's beautiful, smart, funny, kind, and has lots of friends. Why does this kind of stuff happen to people like her? Please everyone be careful when driving.

I always worry that a close one is going to get hurt in a car accident since most of my friends are so involved with cars.

From what I'm hearing it wasn't her fault at all. This was along a windy stretch of road, and I guess what happened was a semi with a full load got a little squirly, clipped another one, and that one ran intp two cars.

a co-worker of mine left work early a few days back because of an accident we saw on the news that morning.

It was a drunk driver that killed a guy in the victim's car.

Turned out it was a close family friend. sucks when crap like that happens.
