i used to work at a custom cabinent and furniture place, we had this plastic wrap there like industrial strength, i wound up my cousin one time, only went around him once and no matter how much he tried he couldn't break it, sure would make a rape a lot easier lol
but seriously i'd be pissed if that happened to me, lol, 1000 dollar reward, that kids probably gonna get his *** beat
i figured it would be like somebody putting plastic wrap on a toilet at the white house or something

a fun prank a couple of friends and i pulled one year long ago was almost like that, but less damage done.
what you do is take two pop cans and fill them with rocks. then, you tie them together very good with fishing line (you can hardly see it at night, or daytime for that matter), then string the line across the road about 2' off the ground. set the cans on opposite sides of the street on posts or garbage cans or something.
when somebody drives by, the front end of their car will hit the fishing line and pull the cans in, which will smash against both sides of their car.
it was pretty funny.

i hate it when people ---- with my car. it pisses me off. i spent my hard earned money on it and when people try to ---- it "just for fun" i wanna kill something. kids are stupid and always stick around because they wanna see what happenes. so you can always find em. some kids threw snow ***** at me one day. i was in my wrangler which has a 3 inch lift and some 33x12.5 mud tires..they ran into this field so i followed em right in. it was price less the looks on there faces. sad thing was i knew the kids. they where my borthers little friends. so i couldnt really do anything to em. i just scared em with my car and verbally abused them

yeah, no ----! my car got paintballed a couple weeks ago. car was parked in front of my house and someone drove by hit it 5 times. shattered the taillight and looks like hail damage down the driver's side. i haven't found out who did it....YET!
but, on the same note when i was in college a couple of the fraternity guys and myself plastic wrapped one of our brother's truck one night. then we ran an extension cord outside and used a blowdryer to heat shrink it. it didn't do any damage to the truck, but it sure pissed him off. (oh, and he got me back for that one).
