do you list them as real or do you say they are fakes? cuz if you say they are fakes then they cant do ---- to you. look at every "dc-s" headers

 

even if you list them as "LS styled" i is still against their policy.
As long as LV registered with ebay, they have to right to have ebay stop all the imtations or whenever something is list with the word "LV" or "louis vuitton "

so what u can do is to list it as a "BAG" LOL

 

Just spell it Lois instead of Louis and claim its a different company lol :P

That doesn't really matter because they will still get pulled. They will have a patent on all the names that are "mispelled" so nobody can do what this guy is trying to do.

For example, I sold a set of CRX gauges that had indiglos installed and they got pulled a few times. The first time because I used Indiglo (timex bitched to ebay), then I spelled it indiglow and had the same results.

On another note, 23 feedbacks with one negative isn't really great feedback. You can build that back up in one weeks auctions with another account
