Exhuast and Charge pipe were done by PFE ( my fabricators that i use for everything now) PFE is in MT clements michigan. they do the nicest custom headers exhuast and roll cages ive ever seen and there prices are damn good to. The turbo manifold is my concoction and is actually being replaced this week with a nice shiny peice of stianless 4-1 and the turbo stay in the exact same spot. so the A/C and PS etc will sty. Thats a single 10 inch 900cfm fan from summit raccing. i have room to add another 10 inch fan. The turbo is a 5o trim dodge peice. most guys here know what those are. the engine mamanagement is a hodge podge of factory and custom parts. The injector driver box is a custom piece. beat usining resistors and switches p/h's on/off in as little as 1.1 msec. the crank trigger was done by galan enterprises ( my neigabors side business) The ECM is from a 1227727 or a pontiac grand prix/chevy camaro/chevy celebrity all of varying modles yrs and engine types. the DIS is from a 2.2L 88 chevy cavalier. there are other model yrs of this moudle that can be used ass well. just be sure it doesnt use a sensor mounted to the moudle it self. i belive the 2.0 and 2.2 uses the remote moutned VRS crank sensor. The Injectors are 450cc dsm peice but im gonna be getting a set of 800cc injectors soon as the new engine gets finished. I am using an act 6 puck extreme duty clutch and its pretty much just worthless. The engine is stock. so far to date my bests are 13psi 13.8 in the 1/4 110 MPH ( i think it was a timer fluke my Ave is like 105mph. 250ft of TQ at 4500 RPM 210 wHP ( unable to back it up due to clutch problems ) All Dyno numbers were derived by using a mustang 1750 DE dyno. extremely accurate extremly bad ass. i think i got pretty much all of it. of and my fuel pump is from a vortec 98 chevy truck. good for 500hp out of the box at 70psi. !! any questions ? |

ive put 20k milkes on it like it is. ive got a local company that makes intercoolers poiking around for me. not alot of room. im thinking im gonna rebuild the lower portion of the bumper cover so i can fit on in there.
