it doesn't look like too much damage, until your realize the strenght of the body of those things, if it was a car it would have been torn up alot worse and would have looked cooler.

And a nice 3.5 V6 Honda motor attached to it. ;) .....now blown due to being pinned full throttle for 15 minutes while the rail was upside down. :'(

I didn't do any reading did he come up short or watch the landing pass him by?

from what I just read.. he endo'd after landing in a 50ft deep valley that he didnt know was there.

But I agree with those guys.. night riding with out a spotter sounds really reckless.. I mean my buddy goes out to glamis at times and from what hes told me.. the sand out there changes all the time.. leading me to believe you can never really "know" whats on the other side of the dune with out a spotter.
