this line is de energized but we put grounds on the line because the static electricity on it can still kill you. A few structures down it was a few hundred feet away from some energized 345kv towers, and the magnetic field builds up thousands of volts in static on this line even though its de energized, drew some arcs off of it when putting up and moving grounds on it

what type of fall arest equipment are you wearing...is that a sala harness???

Ive always wanted to zipline to the next tower but 3 things might happen, 1. you get fired, 2. you crash into the next tower, 3. you get stuck mid-span between the towers and try to somehow get yourself to the next one. I get paid pretty well, and have been doing it for a few years now. Josh has a sala harness, i have a buckingham FR harness. Hope this helps
