The actual retail price: A little over $40,000.00 That does include paying everyone who helped.

It's not a wet bar, but I have an extra mini fridge that I don't use in storage if you want it.

You should have put a center drain in it. Pulling a car after driving in the in snow in there will make a mess.

Very nice though, very nice.

Since I'm unbanned now,,,,I'd say that garage is ------- sweet. Also I bet that floor will be covered with boxes and misc, stuff in 3 years from the Wife. No more pusstang, no more bike, but a station wagon with a early 2000 SUV sitting outside with all the kid stuff packed into the shop err storage building....

I love that why did you not put a 12ft ceiling in?

That's ------- awesome. The house I hope to be buying next week has a garage almost identical to that, but no future ******* and no heating/AC. I was going to guess around $60k. It would probably be over $100k if you had it built by someone.

That garage is beautiful. the only thing I woulda done different would be the tile. I would have smoothed over the joints in the block while I was laying it. Rounded the bottom corner into the floor, and put the epoxy coating right up that part of the wall. Then with a floor drain in the center you can hose down the whole place so with a few short minutes of work it looks just like it was first built.
