we had 2 turbos and they were broken.. now were using a WORKING subaru wrx turbo.. lol.. as for the manifold? well its pretty ghetto.. took the flange off the wrx manifold and got it welded onto the stock manifold on the mirage.. no leaks.. nicely done job.. the motor is the 12 valve motor

it actually ran one time.. ricky took it for a spin and got pulled over cuz it was an open downpipe.. i wasnt there, he was running a t3/t4 and it spooled 8psi in 3rd gear.. he said it pulled really good but the car needs a clutch badly.. its an on going project.. last time we worked on it rick spent all night cleaning and re-organizing everything.. when the owner dishes the cash the car should be fine.. but it will be a hella sleeper.. i never seen a turbo one before hopefully it can pull a 14 second slip.. lol

Looks good so far. Do Mitsu's use MAF or MAP sensors? Always wondered how you would handle fuel enrichment on a MAF equiped car. I guess a rising rate would still work huh?

theres a guy down in tampa that converted one to awd, and antoerh guy that converted a mirage hatch back to awd.... i have seen a few fwd turbo mirage's around town as well but very rare

Around here, everything is rice... usually Loud nasty exhaust like bee's, intake, and ceramic headers... cut springs.. windshield nozzle lights... theres a turbo mr2 with nos, some backyard sohc kids but they arent from around here but come to race on my street since its like 1/4 stretch no lights.. wide avenue but now theres a police station right on the block so they dont come around no more.. and theres a white crx at 13psi or so... in 3rd the sucker moves... very homemade.. sohc vtec.. thats about it, and on thursdays theres the usual ricer meets.. we use to have street races but that ended, thank god i never went over 500 liscence taken in 1 night.. *rickys2000si* being one of em :P
