Power is stress, tune is stress relief. Psi is some junk number, since it's compared to atmospheric pressure which has nothing to do with anything.

Good numbers for 5 pounds, sucks to hear that the owner is a -----, I'd love to see what that thing will put out at 10+, I'm hitting 10 on my B16 and does it ever go, ---- I wish I had a video camera and a host so I could do a pull for you guys.
