yeah, theres been a lot of talk about them lately and a lot of people wondering exactly the quality of them, so i figured i would take some close ups for every one. i paid 160 for the mani and a downpipe kit (block off flange, 90° elbow, and section of pipe with o2 bung), the dp ---- is crap, it's like 2" pipe, but i welded it up and gonna throw it on ebay to get some of the money back imo, the mani is strong and should hold up fine. a lot of people have been coming out of the closet and saying they've been running them with no probs for a while. it also comes with a gasket set (exhaust, turbo, wg), all the nuts/bolts/washers you could need, and a block off plate for the wg flange.

oh yeah, there's been talk about warped flanges and what not, not the case here, all flanges are straight.......

what material are those made off, i was told those are the cheap steel (thin) and they crack easily.

my manifold runs about $599, and it is made out of a really thick steel.

it's ss, not sure exactly what sch., but it's thick enough, i honestly don't see it cracking, but ---- it, if it does crack down the road, i'll just weld it back up. this is just temp. anyways, i needed something cheap and quick. when i get the cash, i'm gonna get an equal length ---- bird mani. besides, these mani's go for over 300 on his site, they're just cheap on ebay. i'm not saying it's the best, but it's not as bad as everyone makes them out to be, most of the people that talk ---- about them (i use to be one of them) are just on the band wagon and have never even seen one in person.

i wouldn't pay 599 for it, i believe it's the same company that sells the fmic's on ebay for like 150 bucks :P
