yeah, but you can still go out and have fun without investing in to some serious tires, street tires just aren't even any fun any more. i never race on the street unless it's from at least a 40mph roll on, and i'll never be caught going down the track again on street tires. well, actually, drag radials are street tires, so i guess i will go down the track once or twice on 'street' tires.

notice the pics, i have some 24.5x9 wrinkle wall hoosiers, just don't plan to run them on the street

i'm using 205-50-14 bfg dr's and they work pretty good. i pulled a 1.935 60' last nite on a so so track.

that's what i like to hear. i'd be happy as hell with a 1.95 60' with these, should be good for some mid to low 12's if i can keep my 60' under 2.0

yours should work pretty good kevin. see mine don't have a huge side wall either.
