Bullshit. Granted its warranty work but I still call bullshit. How abou that $1800 clutch job that the dealer told you that you were going to need soon. :1

Anyway. To the original poster. You said you have some money to throw around so post up the progress as it happens. I would like to see something different. ;D

German cars are great when they're new. but most of the time some yuppie owned it before you and did nothing to it. My old jetta was the most comfortable piece of ----. looked good, and ran like ----.

Yeah, around this time next year i should be well into the project. Right now im just getting the suspension and drivetrain where i want it. Ill def be posting pictures of the progress. And i picked up this one after looking at several ranging from 3500 to 6000. And this one was by far the cleanest, and i picked it up for 4700.

I had a 99 M3 at 2500 mles the head gasket blew BMW gave me a new motor and at 5500 miles that head gasket went. But man was it fast a friend and I got a blue strobe and tried to pull over a camaro when we pulled up next to him we noticed the huge Honolulu police department badge on the door we smoked the piss out of the pursuit camaro but 4-5 days later the motor took a crap on me. It was fun while it lasted. :y
