physical inspection of 3 throw out bearing's which is best?
I have three from different swaps and I want to use the best one. One spins very freely, one spins kinda freely, and turns but doesnt spin. I did a search and found out the noise it makes, but not a way to tell if the bearing is out of the tranny.

Most throwout bearings I've installed in your typical OEM replacement clutch kit Have a little bit of drag to them. You figure after 300 miles they are going to spin pretty free once they get worked into the machine. I would go for the middle one. I would think the one that turns but doesn't spin might create problems for you.. but do what you want, remember once installed they are trashed.

Just remenber to grease it when you put it on.It needs to slide freely in order to engage the clutch properly.
