I just spoke with my lawyer today and have the first good news in a long time! Although this has been an expensive and stressful ordeal, I think that the end is near. I've wasted enough money on this matter already, and I think that the proposed settlement will benefit everyone much more than continuing on the path of litigation. After some discussion with my attorney, Hondata have revised/clarified their principal demands so that I no longer see any significant objection to them. As long as the minor details can be resolved, I sincerely believe that there will be an amicable resolution between the parties within the month.
More news will follow as it unfolds. I have been requested to keep the details of negotiations confidential, so I can't say anything more right now except that a happy end (as far as I'm concerned) is in sight!!!

dave is a nice guy he has helped me and some other of my friends out. i think it BS.he once gave me a base map in order for my car to run.he helped my friend out on his car the past yr.doesnt change that much,i mean come on if it wasnt for him then crome ectune etc would be on he market.

I was looking into buying an s300 4 my turbo'd h22 lude. But I'm buying another management system now. And since were low on tuners in Aruba(2 known ones, one that sells microtec) I'll probably have to learn how to tune myself. Wish me good luck.
