Yawn... bandwagon huh... Im not even going to state "my unadulterated opinion" 'cause it will get me banned as I dont have a flock of jockriders... Nor have I been good at not being an ------- in the past....
Just because they are (in your opinion) the "front runners" of the industry doesnt give them the right to act like completely unrealistic jackholes... have you read the information thats available

In MY edited opinion...If you seriously think what they are doing (or attempting to do) is cool... You are seriously disillusioned, or so biased that you ve lost sight of the bottom line... Theres a BIG gap between pitty and support, being the educated fellow that you are I'd expect (or at least hope) to hear a bit of a more soulfull answer out of you....
I venture to say that not only will they miss out on potential future users (they did here).... but they will lose this ridiculous case as well. They are hurting the community. Period. Their code wasnt stolen or implimented into anything ( a misundestanding many people have had)... Some idiot posted it on a site, it wasnt taken off as fast as they like and now they want controll of that board... CAN YOU NOT SEE A CONFILCT OF INTREREST HERE?
Give me a break.... If they win its a sad statement of the judicial process.... Seriously; but then we all already know how that process works out....
Anyways....I will say this: Hey can you tune my EvO? Ive got a burning urethrea... LOL.
FWIW a potential HONDATA customer was lost here.... Im sure im not the only one..... Theres your demographic.

My personal opinion regarding dave to be wrong or right doesnt really matter, so i'll refrain from saying anything of sort on the public forum. I do hope you can resolve it peacefully as possible.
At the end of the day, most of the people who are all bitching about hondata, weren't running their product anyways. And the few who do try to boycott are only missing out.
Hondata isnt missing the big picture. They did it for a reason. Their sales wont suffer major, if at all. The people who think so, dont know their demographics of clientele.

I don't how the law is down their, but here in texas,if you lose or default judgement,you do not have to pay.They can do nothing.
All they did to me when i got sued and refused to pay,they put it on my credit report.
I have been sued twice for over ten thousands dollars.
Now my credit sucks but i still won.

yeah im in texas and being sued right now for a wreck i had 2 1/2 years ago. if she wins im just not going to pay. file bankruptcy to get rid of my credit card debt and start over. and i think hondata is just being ---- over a few people downloading his ----. i hope dave wins, if i can figure how to do it without paypal or somethin ill send him some money too. i wanna be able to ued freeware in the future.
