People in too much of a hurry
So I found this clip on youtube and was very confused. It's pretty messed up if you think about it. First off if your going to run through the toll so you don't have to pay make sure you go through the open part not the closed part. Secondly holy ----, what the hell were you thinking? Also, notice there's a couple cars that see this happen and just keep going. Iether they figured it was pointless to stop anyway, or they too were in a rush.
