Yeah I always try to get along with the po. last time my buddy got a dui and i was in the car with him. we just came from the bar and both had the same po. we weren't even aloud to hang out together and were both fairly drunk . He coulda locked me up for so much ----, but he just gave me a probation violation and let me go.

I think in all reality I'm lookin at some probation, The other dude's lookin at a couple years locked up. I'd consider myself lucky.

Anyone know if charges that you recieve stay on your record even if they're dropped or reduced? Like since my warrant was served for the felonies will they always be on my record now?

there wont be any felonies on your record unless you are convicted, but the arrest will be there even though it doesnt mean ---- if the charges are dropped


dont be worried about them delaying about dropping/lessening the charges, i didnt sign my plea aggreement until teh day of my sentencing
