mac/apple was financially saved by the introduction of windows products onto there systems. 90% of tyhe "new" mac ususers wouldent use a mac if they couldent get windows products on there. the only other thing that saved apple was the ipod. give it a few more years, and i am sure everything ipod will be ran by windows media player. apple is bill gastes little ----- bitch

I don't get why people like ipods so much. I've used my girls and her sister ipods from time to time and they always freeze and you can't turn the damn things off. I prefer my cheapass mp3 player even though it doesn't have the neat buttonless thing going on.

maybe you havent been using your mac that long, you have to install updates pretty frequently on macs too. im staring at an imac right now that my wife uses for work and id say every few days the updater pops up...

mine hasnt yet but who knows
all i know that for me the mac is just easier to use for my music editing softwear and my internet usage

my ex's parents were die hard mac people. computer program makers for the government. i personally have never touched a mac for more than a couple minutes, but the safari program i was using was cool, but a little hard to get used to. when i actually get set up well enough to afford a new computer its gunna be a mac laptop though.
