all i get when i rt click is:



i didnt find any spyware or viruses either..

1- What OS?

2- This right click look like internet explorer... Look in CTRL-ALT-DEL if explorer.exe still there in process. If not, restart it in File->New task-> explorer.exe.

3- Is the desktop all white? Kill internet explorer (iexplorer.exe) in task manager.

 

explorer was not running. i started it, my desktop flashed, then when back to white. if i end explorer, i lose all icons and taskbar.

if i rt click > properties on desktop, i get:

 

rt clicked on my image i use for desktop, went to set as background. when window came up, i went to customize, then web, then deleted 'privacy_policy' that was cockblocking all of my ----. problem fixed, thanks though guys

 

Looks like you got some crazy *** active desktop bull ---- going on. Use SFC /scannow to return your IE ---- to defaults. then abandon it and use Firefox

 

turn off active desktop you dolt.

it wasn't on. it was some cockblocking virus that only avg could detect AND get rid of for good.

 

hit f11... it looks like your browser went to full screen mode... if that doesnt work try ALT + F4


if not... try hitting the windows key + R and type in MSCONFIG and go thru all the "startup" tab and see what's starting from boot... that website might be opening everytime you open windows.
