yeah he fucked it up by taking it apart, you have no reason to take it back unless he is gonna pay you to have it rebuilt/rebalanced.

I told you, offer him a refund once the item is recieved back. Tell him to cancel the claim. Get your turbo back, resell to some nog on here cheap, and keep his money for being :1

yup. Sold as is goes in every single one of my auctions. What might be in great condition to you, might be shitty condition to someone else. Had this happen to me once with some wheels...glad that little sold as is was put in the ebay auction.

i dont think you guys are getting it, he filed the claim against me. After paypals bullshit investigation, they sided with him. So paypal is going to refund him with my money, and hes going to send me my turbo back broken. Sounds like a good deal huh? All of a sudden hes a turbo expert that has a rebuilding service at his shop and hes done many of them before. He said i beat the ---- out of it and the dynamic piston seal was blown out completely and the shaft was scored. Im done with paypal and cars for that matter. This ---- isnt worth it anymore, these are much more fun to build
