Re:PAYPAL PAYS UP!!
The link goes to a paypal page but doesn't redirect me to what I'm supposed to be looking at. Maybe the site is busy.
So WTF? Whats the grounds for getting money? All I want is a check for 2% of what I've sent through paypal in the last year and I'll be straighter than an light post.

Re:PAYPAL PAYS UP!!
ok, so it looks like two suits...one just if you signed up from 99-04(whatever the months were) and another if Paypal ever messed up your money or a transaction, right? so the people in the first suit will get like $.57 right lol

Re:PAYPAL PAYS UP!!
This is the line that scares me:
In summary, if you do not exclude yourself, you will not be able to sue, continue to sue, or be part of another lawsuit against PayPal relating to the legal issues in this case.
The way I read that - if Paypal screws me over in the future in the same manner; i.e., they unjustly hold X amount of my money, they violate the terms of the injunction, etc., and they end up costing me thousands or (let's pray we ever get to this sales figure!) 100's of thousands of dollars in sales because people can't send us money, then I can't sue them because I took their lousy $50.00. No, I want the right to be able to take them for BIG BUCKS later on if I need to. And I say this because they froze my Ebay business account (not CCA's account) over something they NEVER EVER EXPLAINED TO ME!!! They said I had sold an "infringing item" over SEVEN MONTHS prior to the date, yet they wouldn't tell me what the item was. I had to click on something saying I swore on my second-born child that if I did it again, they could close my account. I screamed and yelled and screamed for DAYS on the phone with various PP idiots, and NO ONE would explain it. They promised it would be resolved in 10 days, but it was almost a month before they unfroze the account - and that was only after I called customer service and said I wanted it resolved so I could CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. Of course, all during that time, I had people trying to pay me for auctions because I had listed about 100+ items BEFORE they froze the account, indicating PP was a form of payment. So please were emailing, asking what was up. It was embarrassing and a huge hassle.
Now imagine that x 1000 with the CCA income That's part of the reason we started accepting CC's ourselves. I do NOT want to be dependent on PP only.
And I definitely want the ability to sue the pants off them in the future - so they can keep their $50 bucks.
