Default Paypal Dispute

I sold a turbo to a guy in Puerto Rico about the 27th of May, it was shipped the next day and they told me it would take 2-3 weeks to get there. One week after I shipped it he asked me when it was comming and if I had a tracking #. I had put tracking on it, but lost the slip, I told him that and the ETA on the package and told him to contact me if he didnt have it by then. Nothing from him after the deadline for it to get there, but then today he files a dispute with paypal. I think he is trying to get over on me, but not 100% sure. Is there a way to recover a lost tracking #?

Yeah same ---- happened to me.

I sold two phones to someone and shipped them with the cheapest usps. The tracking number said "electronic info has been received" thing for almost 2 months before it arrived at his house, and because the tracking information never updated, he won the claim and got his $500 back...
