Paypal is fucked. I filed a claim and they emailed me saying I won but that the seller didn't respond to refund my money, this was on about the 58th day so I needed to send my info to the credit card to do a chargeback before my 60th day limit was up. Paypal then sent me an email a week or so later saying they cover 200 on their own, sorry about the rest (I claimed 250). Then my credit card gave me the 250 chargeback I requested. When I called my credit card to inform them I had already recieved 200 they said it's too late have paypal inform them.

Paypal won't let me email them, they need a transaction ID and when I enter it it says I can't contact them on that matter. WTF

I recieved way more money than I ever paid on the transaction and I can only see it ending badly for me somehow. I never meant to scam anyone but I can't see sitting on hold for 30 min to give someone else their money back.

I finally got to speak with a live person just now and not that automated bullshit and she told me it's all in the credit cards hands. ---- it I tried.
